Grin-Ruttley, Count Panzutti (1998-Present) was born in 1954, leaving
Switzerland in the 1960s. He attended Harrow School and Oriel
College, Oxford. After the
separation of
his father and mother he changed his surname to suit his new
step-father, Eric Ruttley (Chairman of the World Energy
Commission).
